The site is operated by Austin Couples Concierge, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we,” “us”).

Our services are coaching and education. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical advice, and using the site does not create a therapist–client or coach–client relationship. If you are in crisis, call 911 or call or text 988.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site.

Our services are provided under the agreement you sign or the terms presented when you buy. Prices, payment, cancellation, and refunds are as stated there. If those terms conflict with these, those terms control.

Everything on the site belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without our written permission.

Don’t use the site to break the law, submit false information, send spam, interfere with the site’s operation or security, or access it by automated means.

The site may link to or rely on services we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for them; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t guarantee any particular result.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version here and changing the “last updated” date.
